Tis the season for bikinis, beaches, and summer bodies! With this time of year, everyone is determined to look their best in a bathing suit, and I have a few tips to achieve that goal.
My first important tip is to eat clean. Healthy eating can be very hard, but there are plenty resources to find yummy healthy treats. You cannot limit yourself to the foods that you can eat. One thing that really works for me is eating clean during the week then on the weekends, I will eat whatever I want in moderation. In order to reach the body that you want, healthy eating and exercise are both key factors for the process.
My next tip is to exercise frequently. Many people think that you have to be e member of a gym to work out, but that is not true! There are many places to exercise, like a park, a school track, or even at your own home. Just making time to exercise is important, even if it is only thirty minutes. I think that just getting yourself to exercise is a big step.
One thing that I find important while exercising is to treat every workout like it is your last one. Having this mindset is key in order to make sure that you are working the hardest that you can. When it comes to breaks, I recommend taking small breaks in the middle of intense exercises. You might do a certain workout intensely for two minutes, then you can take a thirty second break in between the next set.
I also do not recommend having your phone with you while working out because it can be extremely distracting and it will keep you from your workout. My dad tells me to treat a workout like a basketball game. If you were playing in a basketball game, you would not be playing on your phone, or stopping in the middle of it, you would be expected to be working your hardest. Always having that goal in the back of your mind can really motivate you to work hard. I hope that these tips can help in achieving a bikini body.
