First, we talk with you about what you are looking for and ask questions/make suggestions if we have any.

A deposit is required before we shoot any live event, and the remainder is due upon receiving your DVDs. If it is a season or game highlight for a team, we request purchases be made before the first game, or single game if it's just one so that we know which kids to highlight. 

For a single event or a complete season, we start editing right away.  Editing can take 1-8 weeks depending on the project.

For formal events, pricing is based on how long your formal day is to how much you want included on the final DVD. 

For sporting events, pricing is based on the number of games, where the games are located, whether there is a tower for rainy days, and if you want just the games or additional footage as well.

As much as you want.  We encourage you to be proactive in the details.  They are, after all, your memories. We have a 1 week policy for all creative input however after the project has started for SINGLE day events.  After 1 week, creative input on your end, including song choices and additional footage, will be considered, but may not be used depending on how elaborate the changes are.

We are in the business of preserving videos, pictures and memories so we take the upmost care in making sure that no harm comes to your materials. Our turn around time to get originals back to you is very quick.  It's editing them that takes a little longer.

You turn everything over to us along with a form for what you are looking to have featured in the video.  After receiving it, we ask questions and make suggestions if we have any.

We can clean up a lot of general "mistakes" in editing, but not everything.  What we can't clean up, we can often disquise with clever editing tricks.

Absolutely.  We can scan them into our system and then not only put them into the video, but also burn you a copy of the pictures so that you can take them home to your own computer.
