There are many reasons why I love to create family portraits in Bucks County, and the first starts with the amazing people, and then the beautiful places! I feel very blessed to go get to know so many adventurous families in our community through photography in our beautiful county!
One of these families is the Diamond family, who I recently photographed for the 7th year in a row. Creating their family portraits has always been a creative collaboration of who's doing what and when, and where we want to do different each year. *To be fair, we have also done some of their family portraits in Montgomery County, which is also beautiful!
I first met the Diamonds through their daughter Kayla, who planned a fashion styled photo shoot in Doylestown, PA for her birthday party the summer before her Sophomore Year. That fall, we started a beautiful tradition of documenting their family during the Diamond's children's teen years.
All the giggles, catching up, and adventures over the years - including a college tour with Hannah of FIT! - have been so fun.
Another thing I love about photographing family portraits in Bucks County is all the beautiful places we have as options! While planning each year with the Diamonds, we've managed to pick a new beautiful location every year, and we've never even been tempted to do something similar! Some of the places, are just beautiful to begin with. Others have been historic, very close to their pride, and most recently, very close to their hearts.
All of these portraits posted today were taken on a sunny summer day at a park in Warminster, PA, but we've done them in just about every season - whenever we can get all 3 kids together. That is getting tougher and tougher now that Kayla is a senior in college, Hannah is a senior in high school, and Matt is a sophomore in high school!
But I love that we always make it work to keep up the tradition.
And the tradition is important, because family holiday cards are always on the list of what needs to come out of the images. Obviously, this was not this year's card - but I wouldn't want to ruin their surprise for this year, now would I??
I feel very fortunate to have my studio located in Warrington, PA to photograph Teen Portraits, because we are so blessed to have so many beautiful locations within a few minutes of our building!
Recently, I got the opportunity to photograph 5 teens as part of their programs for Inspiring Teens Magazine. We started at our studio in the Metropolitan Plaza Building with something that was important to them. Their items ranged from musical to sports!
We did these while they were all arriving and settling in, and then they got changed to move on to Valley Square. We had a lot of fun in this gorgeous shopping center! I loved the variety of looks that they wore for this!
Afterwards, we went to Kemper Park for their next set of teen portraits in Warrington, PA, which is technically in Warminster, but since it's on the same street as Warrington, we'll let that slide!
The girls had these things to say about their Teen Portraits in Warrington, PA photo shoot:
"What I liked best about the photo shoot was that everyone was so nice and supportive, especially when everyone was getting their photos done."
"I liked how I could see some of my friends during the shoot, and I thought it was fun to get in the creek."
"My favorite part was being able to get photos taken in/with items that meant a lot to me and being able to make so many memories with amazing people. I think they are a good bonding experience for us outside of the programs. I personally have become a lot closer with girls because of them."
"I loved laying in the creek. Dirty, but fun!" (This was Ellie's 3rd time getting her teen portraits taken at and near our Warrington, PA studio!)
So that's a wrap on our day of Teen Portraits in Warrington, PA!

From our Ambassador Olivia, who was one of the five girls photographed:
On August 17th, 2017 five teen girls from Inspiring Teens Magazine took part in a fun Teen Portraits photoshoot in Warrington, PA. They all fundraised 500 dollars or more so this was their reward.
They all started out at the Conway Productions Inc. studio in the Metropolitan Plaza Building. They came wearing an outfit that went along with something that is special to them. For example, a soccer jersey and a soccer ball.
They then all moved on to Valley Square a local outdoor shopping center where they were wearing a trendy and fashionable.
The last location they shot at was Kemper Park. For this location, the girls were wearing something summery. Some sat by the edge of the creek to take their photos, and some girls actually got in the creek. All of the photos were taken by Leslie Conway from Conway Productions Inc.

But before your Senior Year is over, consider Senior Portraits with Conway Productions Inc. Have an actual EXPERIENCE and end up with images and adventures that you will love. True Story - We photograph High School Seniors! I know, shocking right?? I hear every year - "I wish I had known... we went to the school."
Well, you have to go to the school photographer. It's the only way to get your picture in the yearbook. This was a shock to me back in 2010 when my oldest son came home with his Graduation Picture papers his Junior year. I didn't get it. That was IT?! It's not how we did it back in the Midwest where I grew up. Isn't it still a thing? I thought it was? So I looked for a Senior Photographer in the area and couldn't find one.
I wanted him to have the same experience my friends and I had ~Senior Portraits that represented who we were our Senior Year. So I told him to grab his golf clubs, his guitar, his friends, his girlfriend, his brother, his truck... and anything else that said anything about who he was and what he cared about - and did them myself.
Fast forward 6 years later and I still admire all the classic school photography of upcoming Seniors as a milestone you must cross. But I have also continued being an alternative source of capturing Senior Portraits for what I grew up with.
And it's still a thing pretty much everywhere but here. Lucky me though - I get to travel the country not only keeping up with the latest trends in Senior Photography, but in 2015 I started speaking about how we do it here in our little corner of PA where it was never a thing until we made it one!
So Seniors, I know you've had your cap n gown pictures done almost a year ago. You ordered announcements, and other goodies...
And if you had the best experience ever with your Senior Portraits, we get it. That's your style and that's totally cool. But before your Senior Year is over, consider Senior Portraits with Conway Productions Inc. Have an actual EXPERIENCE and end up with images and adventures that you will love. Yes, we're saying it twice... because when you look back at your Senior Year, will you have a cap and gown picture that doesn't even have your grad year on your tassel? Will you have the same black drape that hundreds if not thousands of other seniors had? Or will you have an adventurous story to tell with images that help you tell it?
Seniors... what will hang on your mom's wall forever?...
Mom... what do you want on your wall forever?...
Think about that just for a second....
CLICK HERE for more information, our Style of Portraits & Adventures, Grad Announcements, fun grad party stuff and more. If you saw something someone else had that we did and it's not up there, please ask us about it! We try to keep everything updated but sometimes really cool stuff falls through the cracks.
As always, thank you for being part of my story!
As always, thank you for being part of my story! Below are some of my favorite images from Dakota's Senior Portrait Session to see what a variety we got using parts of her family's properties, a neighbor's barn, and some cool places we found in her town and towns close by!
Feel free to leave some love below!
We love these 2' x 4' Banners because they make a statement!
They're fun to hang for Senior Night if your team does it as a group like Stephanie Litzenberger's
Field Hockey Team did, and at your Grad Party like Heather Dobisch is doing!
Can these awesome banners be made for younger kids? Of course!

If you are (or have a daughter, granddaughter, or niece who is) in between 5th - 12th grades, you'll want to sign up for this event today!
We're hosting the 3rd Annual Teen Fashion Photo Shoot Fundraiser at the Bucks County Designer House! The Designer House raises money for Doylestown Hospital, and your session fee this year will go to the Heart Center.
Girls can wear what ever they want, but in the past, they have worn prom dresses, their mom's wedding dresses, fancy party dresses, etc. With it being at the beginning of May, what better reason to get all dolled up to get stunning pictures in your favorite dress in a once in a life time location?
This year, the gorgeous home is located at 1596 Turkey Trot Road Jamison, PA and is the beautiful 1830s Stone Foxwood Manor with fireplaces and hardwood floors and so much pretty I can't even wait to see it when it's done! As a sweet bonus, there's even an amazing pool area with a carriage house outside. Check it out here!
We're doing things a little different this year and instead of booking girls for individual 15 minute time slots, we're doing them in 3 groups: 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00 so that girls can sign up with their friends if they want. This will also ensure that the girls will get more than one location to be photographed in - inside and out!
The time slots will sell out ~ they always do, so make sure you get signed up right here!
Thanks so much and have a great day!

***Feel free to forward this message to anyone you know with tween' or teenage girls!**
Hello beautiful girls, and/or parents of beautiful girls!
You all know we here at Conway Productions Inc. think you're beautiful inside and out, and it is most definitely a message we're constantly working on spreading. The phrase "Hello beautiful" is certainly not new... but we are all working hard here in getting our programming updated to make sure everyone knows they are beautiful inside and out, and they can sit with us because we want to know what they're made of. But what does that even mean??
Last week when I was finishing up the Spring Issue of Inspiring Teens Magazine, I asked the girls who come here why they joined/stayed. We're in our 6th year, so it's such a cool thing for me since I really feel like I've had little to do with it. The girls lead this mission and I just am a home base of sorts for them to do pretty much what they want since what they all want is to do good things.
I was really touched by one girls' response that no matter how she's feeling that day, when she comes here, she knows someone will scoot over and start talking to her even if they just met her. And when she sits, she looks forward to doing the same for other girls because it's just kind of a thing here. People scoot over, regardless of what crowd you hang with at school, or where you live, or how you dress.
Last night as I was doing a mental head count deciding if we have enough room to crowd around our table for our growing mag meetings, I realized it doesn't matter. They'll scoot over. They always do. Because they WANT to know each other. They want to help each other and see what each other is made of, whether they are interested in Art, photography, health, research, modeling, makeup, whatever it is... we love getting to know each other because it's a beautiful thing to learn about and help other people. In turn, we get helped by everyone else here. It's a beautiful circle.
So began this idea for our a new way to display our message. We have over 50 girls who come here for various reasons on a regular basis either for the magazine teams, the model program, or the leadership programs. It shocks me when someone says "I've never met her", because I feel like everyone is here all the time. But I can see where not everyone comes to the same things, so we're going to make better efforts at more group opportunities and on making sure everyone feels welcome to come with them.
Below is a list of opportunities already on the calendar to sign up/find out more information and/or sign up. We hope to see you soon!

I was so delighted to see that the girls and I were featured in the Heritage Conservancy Newsletter this month! I am so blessed to have been introduced to this organization by one of the girls' moms a few years ago, because it has honestly been a life changer. Not only have they provided us with so many opportunities to volunteer in different areas of their organization, but they are so GREAT to work with!!
Coming up this Saturday, some of my budding young photographers/videographers and I will get to go to the Enchanted Evening at Rose Bank Winery to take pictures/video of the fundraiser as well as the animals of Ark Wildlife as part of their fundraising efforts. In August, we will get to do something similar with their Farm to Table event.
So I love that not only do they provide us with awesome volunteer opportunities, but it is so cool that it gives these girls experiences that they might not otherwise get offered.
Thank you so much Shannon and everyone at Heritage Conservancy for making us always feel so welcome!
I just saw it - the first posting of "I'm bored" by a teen on social media. So just in case you missed the Book & Netflix Reviews in the Winter Issue of Inspiring Teens Magazine... here you have it! Enjoy your day off!
